Draftwise visual R&D explored how the brand’s core interaction pattern—the highlighted text itself—could evolve into a scalable visual language. By elevating highlighting into the primary visual mechanism, the system sought to represent discovery, refinement, and AI-assisted legal drafting across product, motion, and campaign experiences.
Execution
A series of visual explorations translated the act of highlighting into dimensional forms, motion behaviors, and generative systems. Particular emphasis was placed on positioning Draftwise as an assistive partner rather than a fully autonomous tool, using visual cues that conveyed guidance, recommendation, and acceleration while reinforcing the role of human expertise.
Results
The visual language established a cohesive expression of trust, usability, and innovation that could scale across product experiences, campaigns, motion graphics, and brand communications. By grounding the system in a familiar product interaction, Draftwise gained a distinctive and credible way to communicate the value of AI-assisted legal work.
