Piano Academy Live
Piano Academy Live brought customers, partners, and industry leaders together at Amsterdam's historic Beurs van Berlage. The goal was to create an event experience that reflected Piano's values of trust, intelligence, and sophistication while respecting the character of the venue.
Rather than introducing typical technology conference aesthetics, the visual system was designed to feel native to the space. Wayfinding, presentations, attendee experiences, partnership content, and swag were created with restraint and clarity, allowing both the venue and the content to shine.
Using a detailed 3D model of the venue, I mapped attendee journeys and key event touchpoints before production. This informed a cohesive system spanning wayfinding, presentation design, a mobile event app, partnership assets, environmental graphics, premium swag, and motion graphics used throughout registration, reception, and breakout sessions—creating a consistent experience from arrival through the final presentation.
